What we collect

When you send a request through our contact form we receive the details you type: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, the service and budget you choose, your message and any file you attach. We also record the time it was sent and, for security, your IP address.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal or quote, and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How we keep it safe

Messages are stored in a secured database that only signed-in MARSIA staff can access. Passwords are encrypted and our website uses HTTPS.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we are working with you, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights
